Our fish is handpicked in Peterhead by our expert fish merchant, JKT Fish. Our chips are freshly cut from potatoes supplied by Ivan Wood & Sons in Ballingry, and our tartare sauce is homemade using our own secret recipe.

“We were on a Sunday drive around Fife, and arriving in Anstruther too early to dine, we assumed we would miss out on top end fish and chips. Arriving in St Andrews, I was totally wrong, as Cromars gave me a near perfect haddock supper. The fish was amazing, in perfect crispy batter with the flesh underneath a little translucent demonstrating excellent cooking skills and the freshest possible poisson.”
