Pawsome News! Cromars Raises £1.5k for SSPCA with New Doggy Menu

Here at Cromars, we’re all about making sure every member of the family gets to enjoy a delicious treat – that includes your four-legged friends. Since we launched Scotland’s first dedicated doggy chippy menu last year, we’ve served up over 2,000 tasty doggy suppers. But the best part? Together, we’ve raised £1,500 for the Scottish SPCA

We couldn’t be more thrilled, and to celebrate, we’re giving your pups even more to drool over. Our refreshed 2025 doggy menu is packed with nutritious sardines (hello, omega-3 goodness!) and homemade doggy biscuits that’ll have tails wagging for days. Of course, our ever-popular sausages and ‘puppuccinos’ are still on the menu – the perfect doggie distraction while you tuck into your fish and chips.

One of the things we love most about being in St Andrews is how dog-friendly our little city is. Whether you’re enjoying a beach walk or a coastal stroll, we know it’s even better with your pup by your side. That’s why it’s been so rewarding to see our doggy menu bring joy to our furry guests and their humans, all while supporting a fantastic cause.

We’re proud to pledge 50% of our doggy menu sales to the Scottish SPCA, helping protect animals across Scotland. Claire Burns, their Fundraising Lead (East), shared how much they appreciated our support:

“We’re incredibly grateful to Cromars and their customers for raising £1,500 to support our work in protecting Scotland’s animals. Every doggy supper enjoyed at Cromars has made a real difference, and we’re thrilled to see their commitment continue with an exciting new menu for 2025.”
